THE WREN MISSION:  Dedicated to improving lives and livelihoods, the Women's Rural Entrepreneurial Network's mission is to inspire, create and connect through economic, educational, personal and community development.

WREN inspires possibilities, creates opportunities and builds connections through community. Our network is alive with people who have a knack for survival and a passion for independence. By building the resources, expertise and a place to support better lives and livelihoods, we connect over 750 members who look to WREN for greater prosperity and connection.

Always a women-led organization, our work focuses on some of the more difficult issues of rural life. Out of necessity, rural people have always depended upon each other for survival and success. WREN continues that tradition by keeping hope and opportunity alive. As a rurally based organization, we have discovered that isolation is the common thread - a factor that touches all rural dwellers regardless of income. All want a sense of community. Community lets us become more hopeful, generous, confident, creative, and successful
